We are an experiential event design and branding studio. We executive full production and design, or contribute to your event aesthetic through one of our service pillars, including branding, floral design, signage and stationery, and rentals.

Yes, absolutely! While we love to provide full design and move you from concept to execution, branding is our jam. We work seamlessly with other planners and florist to round out your design concepts and provide monograms/logos, installations, signage, stationery, and rentals.

INQUIRY & PROPOSAL
Browse our website and social media and get inspired. Initiate the process by submitting an inquiry questionnaire through the website. The questionnaire helps provide us with baseline information about the style, mood, and need for your event. We then schedule time for an initial consultation and create an initial baseline proposal based on the information shared.

CONTRACT & PAYMENT
Once you've reviewed the proposal and decide you would like to move forward, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is required to lock in your project on our production calendar.

DESIGN
The design phase take approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of your designs. You will receive digital mock ups 4-6 weeks prior to your event, with up to two round of revisions including in your pricing. Once completed, we will send final mock-ups of your approved changes prior to moving your project to the production phase.

PRODUCTION
Final payment is due 4-6 week prior to your project and before your project moves to production. We do not print or cut materials until your balance is paid in full. We ask that once production starts there are no requested adjustments, as this may ultimately cause delays and incure you a cost for material waste.

PICK UP, DELIVERY, OR SHIPPING
Once your project is ready to ship or be picked up, we'll notify you via email. All orders are available for pick up in our Argyle, Texas studio, unless you are invoiced for shipping or delivery.
If you paid for delivery or your order is for an installation or full design, the Satin Pavement team will coordinate with you and deliver the items in your project to your event, per your contract .

Unfortunately no, we are not a print shop and do not currently print or fabricate outside designs.

Yes and no.
Yes, signage, stationery, and small rental orders are available for pick up at our warehouse in Argyle, TX.
No, installations and large rentals require extra TLC and require delivery by the Satin Pavement team.
